1. Overview

At Ghythrelnrex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returns and refunds. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Ireland and the EU.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can contact us:

You may use the following template, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [Product name], ordered on [Date], received on [Date]. Consumer name and address. Date."

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (but not additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than standard delivery).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back, or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • The request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period

You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

3.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

4.1 Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any defects or damage.

4.2 Reporting Damage

When reporting defective or damaged goods, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs showing the issue (if applicable)

In cases of defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:

  • Inspection takes 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

5.3 Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if the returned product shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts not due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

6.2 After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery or exercise your right of withdrawal once you receive the goods.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as there may be processing delays
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

9. Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. As a consumer, you may have additional rights depending on your country of residence.

In Ireland and the EU, you have legal rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act and the Consumer Rights Directive that cannot be excluded by this policy.
